These results motivated for the development of a methodology capable to determine material model parameters robust and inversely from the machining process, which can be used with lower computational effort. By using the Downhill-Simplex-Algorithm, it was possible to determine material model parameters within 17 iterations and achieving an average deviation between the experiment and the simulations below 10 %. Therefore, a sequential approach, starting with an initial set of machining simulation based on a design of computer experiments (DOCE) and analysis of the numerical results in terms of cutting forces and temperatures was used. ./cache/cord-103280-kf6mqv4e.txt ./txt/cord-103280-kf6mqv4e.txt
