The patient had general condition disorder but had no known systemic disease, history of trauma, or medication. Thorax computed tomography (CT) showed bilateral pleural effusion, consolidated areas with air bronchogram in the right hilar region, ground-glass densities in some peripheral locations ( Figure 1A) , abnormal enlargement of the left ventricular apex, and a hypodense appearance that could be compatible with thrombus ( Figure 1B-C, asterisks) . With the present findings, the patient was diagnosed with multiple organ failure due to possible COVID-19. The COVID-19 disease, which has been declared a pandemic by the world health organization, has a variable spectrum of symptoms from asymptomatic carriers to multiple organ failure. These patients have been shown to be susceptible to thrombus. Ventricular thrombus as in our case is a very rare condition. ./cache/cord-264368-p2fwuh0i.txt ./txt/cord-264368-p2fwuh0i.txt
