PATIENT SUMMARY: Immunosuppressed transplant recipients with coronavirus disease 2019 infection had more severe pneumonia, but most of them still achieved a good prognosis after appropriate treatment. In this study, we enrolled 10 patients with laboratoryconfirmed COVID-19 pneumonia from among the renal transplant recipients who had been followed up long term in Tongji Hospital, Wuhan, China.
