Thus, kidney transplant patients who are on steroids and other immunosuppressive drugs may exhibit unusual clinical courses resulting from coronavirus infection. Our two patients presented to the hospital with symptoms not suggesting COVID-19, and they were ineligible to be screened for SARS-CoV-2 according to the national outbreak management case definition, which was "a reported body temperature over 38 0 C" or "cough and/or respiratory distress" and "epidemiologic risk of contact".
