The main objective of this study was to assess the effect of the Covid-19 crisis on psychological distress in at-risk patients. The first studies conducted in China following the coronavirus pandemic have shown the impact on the mental health of healthcare workers, with an increased risk of depression and anxiety (22) . Patients already diagnosed with depressive disorder could be at a high risk of distress during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of our study was to quantify Psychological Distress and the risk of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder on a national scale in a country that has been hard-hit by COVID-19, France.
