cord-346061-pbghgitg	Passanisi, Stefano	Quarantine Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic From the Perspective of Pediatric Patients With Type 1 Diabetes: A Web-Based Survey	2020-07-31		.txt	text/plain	2349	128	44	Methods: We conducted a web-based survey to investigate the behavioral responses during quarantine due to the COVID-19 outbreak in a cohort of pediatric patients with type 1 diabetes. Conclusion: Although quarantine was a stressful psychological condition, our results showed that most children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes developed high levels of resilience and excellent coping skills by using technology in a proper way. The questionnaire included fourteen questions focusing on patients' demographic and clinical characteristics (e.g., age, gender, diabetes duration, insulin regimen, type of glucose monitoring), lifestyle changes during the quarantine period, and the impact of the lock-down on the management of diabetes. The influence of patients' clinical and demographical characteristics (i.e., gender, age group, diabetes duration, type of insulin treatment and glucose monitoring system) on the perception of the impact of quarantine in the approach to T1D management was assessed by the cumulative proportional odds model.	./cache/cord-346061-pbghgitg.txt	./txt/cord-346061-pbghgitg.txt
