We used inhibitors of ATM and Chk.2 to block the DNA damage-signalling pathway and to confirm whether PEDV infection can lead to cell-cycle arrest. We also treated cells with chemical inhibitors of ATM and Chk.2 to determine if cell-cycle arrest after PEDV infection was linked with activation of the DNA damage-signalling pathway. These results revealed that cell-cycle arrest after infection of Vero cells with PEDV was caused by activation of the DNA damage-signalling pathway. ./cache/cord-341521-dntkdwkj.txt ./txt/cord-341521-dntkdwkj.txt
