This investigation was to detect the expressed proteins in plasma from clinical mastitic and healthy dairy cows by 2-DE providing a platform for parallel analysis, and then, to identify differential proteins by ion trap mass spectrometer equipped with HPLC System, in order to probe the pathogenesis of mastitis and find new biomarkers of mastitis-associated proteins for diagnosis and treatment.
