According to the experimental design (Scheme S1, Supporting Information), the addition of Gly-CDs significantly reduced PRRSV titers in intracellular and cell supernatants at 12, 24, 36, and 48 h post infection (hpi), with a maximal reduction of ≈10 5 -fold by plaque assay (Figure 3a,b) , demonstrating the strong antiviral effect of Gly-CDs on PRRSV. Adsorption Assay: MARC-145 cells were precooled at 4 °C for 30 min, followed by infection with PRRSV (MOI = 0.001) for 2 h at 4 °C in the presence of 0.30 mg mL −1 Gly-CDs in DMEM (containing 2% FBS). ./cache/cord-010094-t0y3t9v3.txt ./txt/cord-010094-t0y3t9v3.txt
