In this study, we employed a molecular-based detection method to investigate the presence of BCoVs in rectal samples of cattle, sheep and goats from four major regions in Ghana. In a prior study, we reported a high seroprevalence, cross-species infection and serological determinants of BCoV in cattle, sheep and goats in Ghana [19] .
