The Diasorin assay detects IgG antibodies to the S1 and S2 subunits of the spike protein and the signal is expressed in arbitrary units (AU/mL). The Roche assay detects total antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein and the signal is reported as a cutoff index (COI). Cutoffs for positive samples by the Abbott, Diasorin, and Roche assays are ≥ 1.4, ≥ 15 AU/mL, and ≥ 1.0 COI, respectively. The distribution of anti-SARS-CoV-2 results is presented in Figure 1A Clinical performance of two sars-cov-2 serologic assays Clinical performance of the roche sars-cov-2 serologic assay Clinical performance of the elecsys electrochemiluminescent immunoassay for the detection of sars-cov-2 total antibodies Performance characteristics of four high-throughput immunoassays for detection of igg antibodies against sars-cov-2 Validation of a chemiluminescent assay for specific sars-cov-2 antibody IgG for expected negative (n=336) and expected positive (n=64) specimens.
