The SMART workshop program is composed largely of short didactic lectures given by the biostatisticians to align with learning outcomes, followed by highly interactive small-group sessions led by the radiation oncologist facilitators [6] . Trainees were asked their views on the educational value of the workshop components (didactic and interactive) and to rate their experience against the pre-prescribed LOs.
