The information included the following: age, gender, underlying comorbidity, use of immunosuppressant drugs, respiratory symptoms, diagnoses on admission, diagnoses on discharge, length of hospital stay, ICU stay and intubation, Simplified Acute Physiology Score II (SAPS II)scores, administration of antibiotics, non-invasive ventilation, chest x-ray, laboratory analyses and results of the physical examination, which included temperature, saturation, stethoscopic findings and clinical signs of respiratory infection or distress.
