Many enveloped viruses including vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), family Rhabdoviridae, genus Vesiculovirus, transfer their nucleocapsids to the cytoplasm of host cells by the adsorption and receptor-mediated endocytosis, followed by fusion with the endosomal membrane [20, 21] . In the present study, we prepared thirteen MAbs specific for seven distinct epitopes on G protein of VSV-Indiana and examined for their effects on various biological activities of VSV including in vitro infection, HA, adsorption to the cells, and mediation of cell-cell fusion. ./cache/cord-004733-i0a3igc7.txt ./txt/cord-004733-i0a3igc7.txt
