More recently, we have seen the introduction of sophisticated algorithmic features and AI capabilities that leverage information and the features of individual and social workplace technologies to establish patterns of use that aim to anticipate worker and organisational needs and connect people with knowledge, and in some cases perform management functions, raising the possibility of removing the human from the loop.	./cache/cord-324369-zizyxb6y.txt	./txt/cord-324369-zizyxb6y.txt
