VVHereas Captaine Latoure hath beene questioned before the Councell of VVarre upon severall Articles exhibited against him , of the truth of which there appeares no sufficient proof , but meerly out of malice , promoted by Lewis Mareschall his Lieftenant , The whole Councell of VVarre do this day fully and wholly acquit and discharge the said Captaine Latoure as cleere from all the said former Charge . The Censure of Lewis Mareschall Lieftenant . It is ordered by the Councell of VVarre this day , that Lieft. Mareschall being accused and questioned upon severall Articles proved against him by many witnesses , and more especially for abusing his Quarters , resisting and opposing his Captaine , and laying to his charge severall scandalous matters proceeding meerly from malice , That he shal be forthwith cashiered from his Command , make an acknowledgement before the head of his Captaine Latoures Troupe , that he hath very maliciously and impudently scandalized the said Captain Latoure in his honour and good reputation , as also humbly crave pardon for the same before this honourable Court , and utterly be disabled from bearing of Armes , and that he shal stand imprisoned during the pleasure of the Councell of VVarre .
