Educational outcomes New data show 40 percent of college graduates who completed a bachelor’s degree in the 2015–16 academic year were salaried in their first job one year after bachelor’s degree completion. Twenty-three percent of bachelor’s degree recipients enrolled in a post-baccalaureate degree or certificate program within 12 months of bachelor’s degree completion.
