We also have in mind so many excellent lay people in countries where the Church is being persecuted today as she was in the first centuries of Christianity, who are doing their best, at the peril of their very lives, to fill the place of imprisoned priests, by teaching Christian doctrine and instructing others in the religious way of life and in true Catholic thought, and by encouraging the frequenta- tion of the Sacraments and devotional practices, especially devotion to the Blessed Sacrament.	cache/_005195568.txt	txt/_005195568.txt
