The book says: “Mililons of German Catholics, be- longing both to the former and present provinces of the Reich, are living in full religious freedom.” 30 Pius XII and Poland If we include among the “present provinces” the regions of Western Poland—including, as noted, two archdioceses and several dioceses—the affirmation is not even true in regard to German Catholics who have been, at least in certain places, forbidden to attend services conducted by Polish priests.	cache/_005197461.txt	txt/_005197461.txt
