Notre Dame made plans last year to bring a major speaker to campus to headline the forum during the spring semester. An unforeseen change in the principal speaker’s schedule led to the decision to cancel. The University plans to host a forum in the fall of the 2010-11 academic year. Established in 2005, the Notre Dame Forum has brought leading authorities to campus to discuss substantive issues of the day. Past forum topics have included immigration, sustainability, global health and the role of religious faith in a plural world.
