We will cover aspects including the collab- oration with other units in the library especially the Acquisition's E-resources group and collection managers, how to motivate staff, what tools can help, and most important, how to prepare oneself to be a good manager for e-resources cataloging. http://www.ala.org/alcts/confevents/upcoming/webinar/082113 Using Open Refine to Update, Clean up and Link your Metadata to the Wider World, September 18, 2013. Are we working as effectively as we can? This webinar will explore the use of customer service surveys, focus groups, quality initiatives, benchmarking, and other methods to evaluate and assess the work that we do. http://www.ala.org/alcts/confevents/ upcoming/webinar/112013 Registration Fees vary.
