Prior research found 15 states included pregnancy among 45 other COVID-19 priority groups, 2 but planning has been highly dynamic in recent weeks. The 46 objectives of this study are to determine how many states prioritize pregnant individuals for 47 COVID-19 vaccination and assess current eligibility of pregnant people for COVID-19 48 vaccination across the U.S. 49 We searched for information on priority groups for COVID-19 vaccination from all 50 states in 52 the U.S. and the District of Columbia on March 6, 2021. Our analysis included information on 53 official government websites. This study did not require institutional review board approval as it 54 examined data from publicly available sources and used no patient information. 55 As of March 6, 2021, most states (36 of 51; 73%) include pregnancy as a priority group for 58 COVID-19 vaccination; in just under 50% of states (24 of 51) pregnant people are currently 59 eligible for vaccination (Table) . The 36 states prioritizing pregnancy encompass 76% of the U.S. The Advisory Committee on Immunization
