A 45 year old woman presented with an 8 day history of a gradually worsening rash 55 consisting of red papules on the face, trunk, and extremities. She complained of 56 chills, sore throat and hoarseness. She had no preceding medical conditions and 57 was on no regular medication. She took levocetirizine and fexofenadine for the rash.
