〈…〉 brethren/ & sisters of the said Gild/ the which by length & distance of ways/ or for sickness o● 〈…〉 any let of other business can not come to visit the said Chapel of our Lady in the foresaid feestis saying in their own paryss he churches devoutly one. 
〈…〉 one Pater noster/ & an Aue. 〈◊〉 ●●ala celi every Friday 〈◊〉 the year. liberty 〈◊〉 the alderman to be plight ghostly fathers.  Pater noster. & an ave/ shall have as great remission & forgiveness of sins/ as if they had visit the said chapel of our blessed lady.  
¶ Also it is granted to all christian people/ the which any friday in the year doth visit our Lady chapel in the said parish Church of Bostone shall have the full liberties & power of Scala celi in Rome.  
¶ Also our said holy Father hath given liberty & power for evermore to the Alderman of the said Gild in the foresaid feestis/ when as the stations shallbe/ to depute/ and ordain so many ghostly Fathers both religious/ and secular/ as shallbe thought necessary and convenient/ to sit in the s 〈…〉 Church/ and here the confessions of all christian people thither resorting and to assoil them of all their sins/ Also to dispense with all the brethren/ and sisters in all causes before rehearsed or hereafter doth follow. 
To dispense with all manner of vows and oaths.   
¶ Also that the said ghostly Father or any other that the brother/ or sister will chose/ may release all manner of oaths or iuramentes without hurt or prejudice of any other man's right/ And to change all manner of vows into other good & virtuous deeds of mercy/ only except to Rome/ saint james in Compostella/ religion/ and chastity. 
The note of Irregularyte.   
¶ Also the said ghostly Father may dispense with all manner of notes of Irregularyte/ whether it happen by the holy law Canon or else by sentence of man though it be in causes that perteynes only to the holy see Appostolicke/ except only wilful murder and bigamy/ and that only in the Court of conscience. 
For forgetting of divine service.   
¶ Also for forgetting of divine service as hours Canonical or of penance enjoined/ whether it be by debility of body or negligence & oblivion or for default of books the said ghostly Father may assoil all religious and secular persons both men and women. 
To receive all the scramentes in places enterdycted.   
¶ And the said brethren of the said confraternity or Gild may at any time of interdiction done by the ordinary minister and receive the holy Sacrament of the Altar with all other Sacraments of holy Church in such places as be enterdicted & to be buried in christian burial So it be done without pomp of burying/ or that they were not the occasion or cause of any such interdictions. 
To be buried in christian burial.   
¶ Also all the brethren and sisters what soever death they shall happen to die evermore they shallbe buried in christian burial without any denying or delay. 
To eat white meats in Lent.   
¶ Also that all the brethren/ and sisters in the holy time of Lent and other fasting days in the which by law or custom white meats be forboden may eat eggs/ butter/ cheese/ milk/ with all other white meats/ and by the advise and consent of their ghostly Fathers and their physician/ flesh freely and lawfully without any scrupoll/ or grudge of conscience.

¶ Also every christian man and woman of whatsoever dygny estate or degree he or they be of/ that helps the said chamberlains or their deputies of the said Fraternyte in such things as is rehearsed/ & indusyth christian people to put their helping hands to the maintenance of the said Gild & to become brethren of the same/ as often times as he or they shall so do hath/ & shall have .v. C. years of Indulgence and pardon.  
¶ Also our holy father the pope to all his well-beloved brethren in christ archbishops/ bishops & their officials/ with all other Curates & ministers of god's church giveth in commandment to be aydeful assistant & socourynge to the chamberlains & their substitutes for the yearly duties & gatherings of the said b●●therhode/ & for the encresement and receiving of new brethren into the said Gild. 
A precept to all manner of archbishops and bishops from the favour of the said Gild.   
¶ Also all those of whatsoever state condition or degree he or they be of/ the which unlawfully doth retain or withhold any parcel of Lands/ tenements/ goods/ or evyd 〈…〉 s gyfte●…, 
For all them that retaineth or withholdeth any thing from the said Gild. / legacis/ or any other things given & belonging to the said gylde/ Our holy father accurseth them (not willing them to be assoiled) unto the time they have made recompense and satisfaction unto the said Gild of all such hurts and damages thereto belonging.  
¶ Also our said holy Father hath granted that all these pr 〈…〉 vyleges/ Indulgences/ gravates remissions and dispensations shall never be revoked/ suspended/ nor denulled by no pardon sent/ or for to be sent from the see Apostolycke/ but for to be always except from the said revocations and always to stand in his proper strength and virtue.

¶ Also our holy Father wolleth that no man beso hardy to contrary or to gainsay this his confirmation/ absolution/ extension/ ampliation/ Statute/ ordinance/ and decree/ or by any wilful or foolish hardiness to break or to contrary this his precept or commandment upon pain of the indignation of almighty god and his apostles/ Peter/ and paul.

¶ Also our said holy Father maketh all brethren/ & sisters part takers of all the suffrages/ masses/ prayers/ & other divine service and of all good works of pity/ and mercy with thobytes that is done in the said Gild for all the brethren/ and susterne/ and shallbe done as long as the world stands/ and god's blessing & all holy Churches.
