We humbly pray & beseech the most gracious father, that thou accept & bless these gifts these rewards, here the Priest kisseth the Altar, and then maketh the Crosses. these holy untasted sacrifices, Chiefly which we offer unto the for thy holy catholic church, that thou mightest vouchsafe too pacify, keep, set together & govern it through the whole world, with thy servant our pope (& name him) and our bishop (named) and our king (named) and with all faithful men and lovers of the catholic and apostolic faith. Amen. The peace of. 29 He crosseth the Chalice. three times with one piece of the Host. the lord he ever with you. O lamb of God, which takest away the sin of the world, have mercy on us. O lamb of God which takest away the sin of the world, give us peace. 30 He crosseth the Chalice with one piece of the host and then putteth it into the chalice This holy mengling together of the body & blood of our Lord jesus Chryst be to me & to all that receive it, salvation of mind and body, and a healthful preparation to deserve and receive everlasting life, through the same Chryst our lord Amen. O holy lord, father almighty eternal God, grant me to receive this holy body & blood of thy son our Lord jesus Christ so worthily: that I may deserve by it to receive remission of all my sins, & to be replenished with thy holy spirit & to have thy peace: for thou art god alone & there is none other but thou, whose kingdom & empery lasteth glorious, without end for ever & ever Amen. 32 he kisseth the pax. I worship thee, I glorify thee, yea with all thintent of my heart I praise thee: & beseech thee, that thou forsake not us thy servants, butt forgive our sins, so that we may be able, too serve thee, the only living and true GOD, with a pure heart and a chaste boddye. thorough the same jesus Chryst our lord, Amen. O holy trinity, and grant that this sacrifice, which I unworthy have offered to the eyes of thy Majesty, may be acceptable to thee: & propitiatory to me and to all them that I have offered it for, through thy mercy, which livest and reignest GOD, world without end Amen.
