THissame Complaint made by Searching-providence, and the cleared of God in his case/ being thus com-to-passe/ so did then the Lords and judges/ takeup both their Causes: and departed therewith into their Counsel-chamber/ for to peruse-over the same groundlye/ and that they might so pronounce-fourth an upright Sentence thereof. 7. Now whenas they were com-fourth again/ they said unto God and Providence: Ye have presented your Causes on both sides/ here before us and the judgement: and having throughlie considered thereof/ so is this our Counsel touching the same/ and our first Sentence/ that we pronounce thereof. 8. Then said the Lords and judges: Goto then/ let it be evenso. O God, it is vouchsafed Thee/ that thou shouldest first bringe-fourth the Declaration of thy Right before us. So let us now hear thy Declaration/ to prove that thou hast right in thy Cause. And Thou⁏ O Searching-providence; shalt turn thy Hearing thereunto. Wherein then God hath right/ that shalt thou acknowledge to be true. 13. It is true: Providence is the Eye or the Sight/ and a precious Member of my Body: and that I also⁏ through the same; have seene-into allthing⁏ erever I made it; well and aright: In Gen. 1. 2. ●. likesort also touching the Man/ which I made⁏ with Light/ Truth/ and Providence; according to my Being⁏ in all; like unto Myself/ tothend that the Man should live in Me/ and I in him⁏ with one Being; for evermore. 2. Had now the Man with the Providence/ remained standing in my Word/ Light/ or Being: and not searched/ for to know anything more/ So should also then likewise my Light and Truth/ have remained still in the Man and in his Providence. For the Life Gen. 2. b. and also the Dying of the Death/ was set in sight/ before the Man and his Providence: in such-sort/ that there was not anything wanting to the Man/ for to have lived in my Goodness of the true Light eternally. 3. Therefore I affirm/ that there is none other Light/ john. 1. a. but my Life: nor-yet any other Wisdom/ but the Word of my Truth: Psal. 33. a. Pro. 8. c. john. 1. a. And according to the same Form/ Gen. 2. a. it was all good/ whatsoever I made. 7. So is now therefore the Conclusion of this my Declaration/ to prove that I have not brought-fourth my Light and Wisdom/ nor-yet my Works/ through Searching-providence in the Knowledge. but as the same stood nakedly before Me⁏ in my Being; according to the Truth.
