These be the articles folowynge the which the kings grace hath pardonned. first high treason / petty treason and all other maner of treason. ¶ murder and all maner of felonyes. ¶ All judgements execucyens / and outlawryes / or / and for the same / and thyssues / profits / goods & catelles forfeited by reason of the same. ¶ All escapes of every of the same both wilful and neclygence of all innkeepers attainted / conuycte or otherwise. ¶ All rebel done / insurreccyons / and mesprysons. ●. ¶ All trespasses / ryottes / conspyracyes / forcible / entries / embracerye / pariurye / maintenance / & extorcyon. ¶ Mysense / noyous / and vsurpacyon of liberties / and franchises / and profits taken for the same. ¶ All mysdemeanour of Sheryfes / exchetours / stew●●des / mayres / baylyfes / constables all Iustyces and comuners / and all forfaytures / and penalties by re●●on of the same. ¶ For hunting in forests / parks and chasses / o●●●●les where / and fellynge of wood in the same. ¶ All offences touching sewers weyers. &c. and a●● penalties / and judgements for the same. ¶ All payments of gold / or bullyon. &c. to strau●●● Alyenacyons in to Mortmaynd without the kyn●●●●●●●nce / or to ony other to that use for thyssues / and profits o●●●e same / deodances / cre●ure cross / wrek wayfes / and stray. ¶ Premynyres / & suits in spiritual courts / in de●ogacyon of the kings crown / & penalties for the same ¶ All intrusyons / & entries / and alyenacyons without the kings licence / with thyssues / and profits of the same. ¶ Rauysshement of wards / and entres in to their lands / & the valour of the marriage of the same wards being married / and marriage of the kings widows / and of heirs females without licence / & thyssues / and profits for the same. ¶ All wastes of lands of heirs within age / & that to the king should belong by reason of the same. ¶ Benyuolenses / quindecimes / subsydyes / dymes and aids. ¶ The seysynge of ydeottes lunatykes / and of thyssues of their lands. ¶ buying and selling of alum. ¶ Usuryes / corrupt bargains / unlawful making of cloth / lennynge for dayes to strangers cheuysaunce / and unlawful exchanges / and all other forfaytures concerning merchants / or merchaundyses by reason of ony statue / or otherwise / and all penalties of the same. ¶ Forstallynge / and regratynge / using of false weights and measures. ¶ Concelamentes / & withdrawynge of customs / and subsydyes / & wrongful entres of merchandises. ¶ All debts and forfaytures by reason of ony recognysaunces / mainprize / inuyccyons / oblygacyons to the king / or to ony other to his use made alonely for keeping of his pease / for good aberynge allegiance and appearance ¶ All maner outlawryes goods / and catelles issues / and profits forfeit for the same. ¶ All forfaytures for mysusynge of apparayll / statute labourers for all unlawful games ¶ All unlawful reteynours. ¶ casting and letting down of houses against the statute. ¶ building of towers / and embatelynge. &c ¶ fines and amercyamentes of cities / broughes and towns. ¶ And over all this the king of his most haboundaunt grace hath pardonned the breaking & wyolacyon of all statutes / restrayntes / and ordinances / & all condempnacyons / judgements / execucyons debts & penalties that should / or might grow by reason of the same.
