The CASE concerning Westbury Election.  
AT the Election for Burgesses to Serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Westbury in the County of Wilts, there were Competitors  

WILL. TRENCHARD Esq  
EDW. NORTON Esq  
HEN. BERTIE Esq  
RICH. LEWES Esq   
Mr. Trenchard and Mr. Norton had it by the Majority of Votes, but the Mayor of the Borough unduly Returned Mr. Bertie and Mr. Lewes.  
The Merits of this Election is to be heard before the Committee of Elections and Piviledges on Monday the 22th of this Instant November, 1680.
