IT is this day Ordered and Ordained by the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, That the sergeants and councillors at Law, in the several Counties of this Kingdom, within the power of Parliament, shall execute the Commissions of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-delivery, wherein they are nominated Commissioners, notwithstanding any Statute or Clause therein to the contrary.
