THat they do declare, That no Officer or Soldier of the Army, from and after the publication of this Order in the Army, shall leave the Army without the particular licence and discharge of the General. THat they do declare, That they do own this Army as their Army, and will make provision for their maintenance, and will take order, That so soon as Money can be conveniently raised, they shall be paid up equally with those that have left the Army.
