Other Fees taken in the Custom-House.  FOr the Sight of every Certificate of Bond given, and entering the same in the Kings Books, 0 2 6 For canceling a Bond, filing a Certificate, and making it returned in the Kings Books, 0 2 6 Provided always. That no other Fees shall be taken for or concerning the Naval Office, Tonnage, or the enumerated Commodities, or any other thing which relates to Shipping, upon any pretence whatsoever.
