Hills, Printer to His Highness the Lord Protector, MDCLIII. blazon of the Commonwealth AN ORDINANCE For the reviving of An Act of Parliament, Entitled, An Act for Probate of Wills, and Granting Administrations. WHereas the late Act Entitled, [An Act for Probate of Wills, and granting Administrations] had Continuance only until the first day of October, one thousand six hundred fifty and three, It is hereby Ordained by His Highness the LORD PROTECTOR, with the Consent of his Council, That the said Act, and the Authorities, Matters and Things therein Contained, shall stand and be revived to continue in full Power and force until the first day of April next, to all intents and purposes. And it is hereby further Ordained, that Richard Lucy, John Hildesley, Nathaniel Barton, Jervas' Bennet, Anthony Rous, Joachim Mathewes, Edward Cludd, Thomas Wood, Esqs and Robert Tichburn, Alderman of London, be added to the judges mentioned in the said Act, to execute all and every the Powers given by the said Act, as fully as any of the judges therein named may do.
