ALL that wish well to the safety of this kingdom, in this city of London, and parts adjacent, which did not appear on Tuesday last, are desired to meet at grocer's Hall to morrow, being Thursday the 20. of this instant July, between the hours of eight in the morning, and eight at night (to which place a committee of the House of Commons do purposely adjourn) to receive such Propositions as concern Sir William Waller, the present state of the Western parts, and welfare of the whole kingdom.
