BE it Enacted by this present Parliament, and by the Authority thereof, That John Sadler, John Sparrow, and Samuel Moyer, Esqs, be, and are hereby nominated and appointed judges for the Probate of Wills, and granting Administrations. And the said John Sadler, John Sparrow, and Samuel Moyer, or any two of them, are hereby Authorized, Impowered and Required to Hear, Order, Determine, Adjudge and Decree in all matters and things, as judges for the Probate of Wills, and Granting of Administrations in as full, large and ample manner as any other judge or judges for Probate of Wills, and Granting of Administrations at any time heretofore might or ought lawfully to do: To have, hold, exercise and enjoy the said Office or Place of judges for Probate of Wills, and Granting of Administrations, until the Thirtieth day of June One thousand six hundred fifty and nine, and no longer.
