Ordered by the Parliament, THat it be Referred to the Commissioners for Management of the Army, to dispose of the Militia Forces, and of all other Forces which have been Raised without Authority of Parliament, as they shall see Cause, either by employing, or disbanding them, with Power to dispose of their arms to the several Counties, and public Magazines from whence they were taken.
