 Resolved by the Parliament,  
 blazon or coat of arms  
THat the Fair usually held and kept yearly at James', within the Liberty of the City of Westminster, on or about the Twenty fifth Day of July, be forborn this year; And that no Fair be kept or held there by any person or persons whatsoever, until the Parliament shall take further Order.
