IT is this day Ordered by the Commons Assembled in Parliament, That Master Speaker shall have power to grant Passes to such as shall desire to come in, with Limitations of ten days for them to come in; and that the Guards shall be enjoined to bring the said persons to Master Speaker, immediately upon their coming to the Ports or Forts; and that he shall send them forthwith to the Committee of goldsmith's Hall, and haberdasher's Hall: And that Master Speaker shall appoint Duplicates to be kept of all such Passes as he shall so grant. IT is this day Ordered by the Commons Assembled in Parliament, That the above mentioned Order of this House, enabling Master Speaker to grant his pass to Delinquents to come in, shall be printed and published; and it is referred to the Committee at goldsmith's Hall, to compound with such persons, as shall so come in to the Parliament upon that pass, for their Delinquency, and report their Fines to the House for their approbation.
