At a Meeting of the Committee appointed by the Subscribers to the Joint-stock of the Company of Scotland Trading to Africa and the Indies, to prepare and lay down the Rules and Constitutions of the said Company.

That a General Meeting of the Subscribers to the Joint-stock of the said Company, be held at the Laigh-Council House of Edinburgh, on Friday being the Seventeenth day of this Instant April, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon; for Considering and Approving the Rules and Constitutions of the said Company.
