The Earl Marshal's ORDER For going into Second MOURNING.  
HIS Majesty having declared His Resolution of going into Second Mourning upon New-Years-day next, but to continue His Coaches and Liveries in Mourning, as they now are, till His Voyage to Flanders; I thought fit to give this Public Notice thereof, that every one in their respective Degrees and Qualities, may conform themselves thereunto.  
Given under my Hand this 27th day of December 1695. In the 7th Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King William the Third, over England, etc.
