HIS Majesty having declared His Resolution of going into Second Mourning upon New-Years-day next, but to continue His Coaches and Liveries in Mourning, as they now are, till His Voyage to Flanders; I thought fit to give this Public Notice thereof, that every one in their respective Degrees and Qualities, may conform themselves thereunto.
