¶ Also if any man and woman have been married together unlawfully by reason of consanguinyte or of affinity carnal or spiritual /or through any other impediment the said provincial and his commissaries may dyspence with them /so that they shall lawfully continue married: 
In causes of matrimony.  and their children shalbe legitimate if the cause have not been promoted to the law.  
¶ Also the said provincial of the friars Augustine's by the commission of our said most holy father the pope hath full power and authority to execute all these faculties in every time and place as he shall be required /and his deputes in time of the pardon. 
The authority of the provincial or. genall commissary.   
¶ Item the said provincial hath authority by himself & by his substitutes to give letters called confessionalles in parchment sealed by the said provincial by virtue whereof the receivers of them may at all times during their natural lives /chose an auble priest secular or regular to their confessor /which may assoil them in cases not reserved to the pope /as often as they will. 
Of letters called confessionalles & contents of the same . And also in cases reserved to the pope and not contained in the bull used to be reed at Rhome in cena dni once in their life /and as often as they be in peril of death /and to change all vows into this & other good work /and to release all oaths without prejudice of any other person.  
¶ Item such persons as have those letters called confessionalles /may have and use an altar called Altare portatile /whereupon they may have mass and other divine service in places convenient /and also before day: 
To have Altare portatile.  and in time of interdiction.

To eat white meats in lent.  Item such persons may eat cheese butter /and eggs: and all other white meats in time of lent /freely and lawfully: and also by the counsel of their ghostly father /and of their physician they may eat flesh /without scrupulosity of conscience.  
¶ Item every such person visiting any church or chapel in such times as any stations been celebrated at Rhome /and kneeling say. v. Paternosters. 
The stations of Rhome.  v. Aves. shall have all and singular indulgences /pardons /and plenary remissions: as he should have if he died visit the churches and stations personally within and without the holy city of Rhome. And every person receiving such letters been admitted a brother or sister of the said religion for evermore.  
¶ If the said provincial be himself or be his substitutꝭ giveth letters of pardon in paper not sealed /whereby the receivers shall enjoy all the said privileges & facultis except eating of white meats in lent /the use of an altar Portatile/ & commutation of the four 
Of other letters of pardon.  pricypall vows.  
¶ Item to every man and woman being alive or deed for whom any mass is said or done in any day or time /at any of ii 
Altars named sea la celi.  altars assigned by the pope's holy authority for Scala celi within any church or chapel of the said friars Augustines /the same Indulgence /pardon /and plenary remission is granted that they should have /if the same masses were said & done for them within the churches of saint Iohn Lateranense and Scala celi at Rhome /and such privileged pardon altars there been. C.xxx. 
Suffrages granted to the brothers & sisters of the said religion . In .lxv. places of the same religion offriers Augustine's in england & Ireland /at the which altars been daily said a. M. masses for the lives and souls of the brethren and sisters: and other benefactors of the said religion. With many other great privileges /pardons /graces /and indulgences granted unto brothers and sisters of the said friars Augustine's by the holy father's pope Sixtus the four pope Innocent the viii pope july the second. And graciously confirmed by our holy father pope Leo that now is.  
¶ Item our holy father commandeth by his bull under lead to all Archbishop's bishops /prelates: 
The Pope's holy commandment.  & all other men of holy church that they shall declare or 'cause to be declared all such Indulgences & plenary remissions as is granted to the said church of saint Peter and to the holy religion when they shallbe required without any delay not requiring any thing for their labours /sub pena exconicationis.

The kings gracious protection.  hath given out his patent letters under his broad seal to all that be his true lege people /favourably to receyu● the proctors & messengers of the said church of saint Peter & of the said religion. And furthermore he hath commanded to all heed officers /as mayors /sheriffs balyes constables and church wardens: of every city /borrow /and town /aswell within the liberties as without /that they should gather the devotion & charity of well disposed people in their paryssh churches at the service time: assoon as it is declared unto them by their curate and the money to be delivered to the said proctors or messengers or any of their assigns. These premises well considered /blessed shall they be that help to promote this pardon of saint Peter /and woe shalbe to the hynderers thereof before the dreadful judge.
