WHO by the Blessing of God on his great Pains, Travels and Experience, hath had wonderful Success in the Cure of the Diseases following, viz.  
Cancers, Ulcers and Cankers of all kinds; Consumptions or Coughs, the King's Evil, ston or Gravel in the Reins or Bladder, by an easy and new Method that pe fectly dissolves it: I give great ease in the pains of the Gout, and with as much Assurance as any can come nigh the perfect Cure: All pains in the Limbs; Cramps, Pleurifies and Rheumatisms, or wind Gout; the Dropsy, Scurvy, Itch, Lowsy-Evil, Falling-Sickness, Fits and Faintings, Vapours and Jaundice of all sorts, Fevers and Agues of all kinds, Imposthumes, paroxysms, colic, headache, Madness, Forgetfulness, Deafness; and all Infirmities of the Eyes, and takes away all Deformities of the Face and Skin, as Wens, Scars, Wrinckles, Freckles and Redness in the Face, bad Teeth and stinking Breath, Phtysick or short Breath; Green sickness, Barrenness, and prevent Miscarriages, with many secret Infirmities relating to that Sex; also the Rickers, Crookedness, Ruptures, or Broken Bellies, and such as cannot hold their Water; Leprosies and Scald-Heads: I cure the Venereal Distemper, and all its Symptoms, without less of Business, or dangerous poisonous and Mercurial preparations.  
I have a most excellent Grand Elixir Etatis, being composed of the most balsamic and Health-restoring Materials that Nature has producted, and is good for most of the Diseases abovementioned; and is sold from is 6d. to 5s. the Bottle, with Directions how to use them: Also my Pills from 1s. 6d. to 5s. the Box; they may either of them be taken in all Seasons, and keep many Years; I give my judgement on Urines, and all Distempers, and candidly deal with the Patient, and tell them whether Curable or not.  
☞ Those that by way of Prevention would secure themselves against the Distempers that usually afflict Mankind, can't do better than take two or three Doses of my Pills, or Elicir. I have here inserted a few of those many eminent Cures I have performed.  
The Wife of Mr. Parker, a Ribbon-weaver in Nicholas-street in Shore-Ditch, was in a languishing Condition for two Years, with a continual Pain and Tumour in the Womb, and was persuaded for a long time she was with Child, and given over by many Physitians, some affirming that she had a Devil in her; and this Woman by the Flessing of God I perfectly restored to Health in 3 Months.  
The Wife of John Sael, Weaver in the same Street, that had been tormented with an Ulcer in the Womb a Twelve-month, I cured in little more than a Months.  
Also Mrs. Jones Alehouse-keeper in the same Street, had a Quartain Ague 3 quarters of a year, and finding no benefit by several Physitians, I perfectly cured her in a weeks time.  
Mr. Roger combs, in Salisbury-Court, who was afflicted with the Dropsy, Yel●ow-Jaundice and colic in the Stomach; I cured in six weeks.  
Mrs. Castle's Daughter on Clarkenwell-Green, I cured of the King's-Evil, who had Ulcers in the Face, in 3 weeks time, after she had been a long time languishing.  
I cured Thomas Web's Brother, a tailor in Bell-savage-Yard, of the King's-Evil, who had nine Ulcers in one Hand, and the Bones bare of the other, in less than a Month.  
Mr. Needham▪ Pump-maker, in St. Anns-lane, Westminster, I cured of Ulcers in the Reins and pissing Blood, in 14 Days.  
Mr. William Neal, Shoem●ker, next to the King's Head in Water-lane, I cured of the Lowsy-Evil in a weeks time.  
Mr. Green, in Salisbury Court, I cured of a Dropsy, being given over by others in three Weeks.  
Mary Fletcher at the Sadlers in Fleet-street nigh the Fryers-Gate, I cured of a virulent scurvy in 14 days.  
Mrs. Fry a Carpenter's Wife in Old-Py-street, Westminster, who had an immoderate Flux of the Womb, and a long time had had that Distemper, and given over by the eminen●est Physitians in Town, was by God's Assistance cured in 14 days.  
I cured John Wootton of Puddle-Dock, Car-man, of the Dropsy in three weeks.  
Mrs. Bradley, in Salisbury-Court, I cured of a Fever and Vomiting, and colic, and the Obstruction of Urine, in ten Days time, after she was given over by others.  
I will not trouble the Reader with any more of the many hundreds I could name, were it proper, that I have cured, of all the Distempers that afflict Mankind.
