WHEREAS several considerable Sums of Money has from time to time been Issued out of the Treasury since the Landing of the late Duke of Schomberge unto divers Commanders, Enginiers and others on account, for making and repairing of Fortifications, and other such like Works who have not yet made any account how the said Money has been Expended, and to the end their Majesties may receive full Satisfaction in that particular, I do hereby Order, and Direct, that all persons whatsoever, who have at any time since the Landing of the said late Duke of Schomberge in August 1689. Received any Sum or Sums of Money, upon account for making, or repairing, of Fortifications, Bridges, Passes, Buildings or any other Work or Service whatsoever that aught to be Accounted for, do immediately after Publication hereof deliver in their respective Accounts of Receipts and Disbursments, with due Vouchers unto the Commissioners of Accounts in Dublin, in Order to their Adjustments, Whereof all persons concerned are to take notice accordingly, Given at the Castle of Dublin, this 4th day of December. 1691.
