AT the Angel and Ball, within 3 Doors of St. Clement's-Church in the Strand, near Temple-Bar. Liveth the Famous and Experienced High-German Doctor, who by his great Study, and constant practise  an angel in several Parts of the World, as well in Princes Courts, as in Hospitals, and Warlike Expeditions, hath obtained such a Physical Method, as to Cure all External and Internal Distempers,( if Curable:) and a great many he has Cured, when left off by others as Incurable; as he can show by Testimonials, not only from Emperors, Kings, Dukes, and Electoral Princes, but also from the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of London, with the Court of Aldermen. Also from the Right Worshipful Mayor and Aldermen of the Cities of Bristol, Worcester, and Hertford, &c. and many other Cities and Corporations in this Kingdom, certifying the great, many, speedy, and wonderful Cures he has undertaken, and by God's Blessing most happily performed.  
He most dextero●sly Couches Cataracts, restoring he Patient to Sight in a minute, and perfects the Cure in seven or eight Days time, tho' they have been Blind nine, twelve, or fifteen Years; as many Hunders beyond sea, and here in England have Experienced.  
He also Cures to Admiration, in a short time, Obstructions, Suffusions, Dimness, or Darkness in the Eyes, all Pinns, webs, and Skins of all kinds, growing, or settled on them: Also Redness, Hotness, or Running of the Eyes, or any other Distemper incident to them.  
If any be troubled with the ston in the Kidneys or Bladder, he Cureth the same either by Cutting, or most commonly without Cutting; by breaking the ston in the Bladder, with ease and safety; by Medicines prepared according to the Constitution and Habit of the Patient's Body, by God's help, in a short time, and gives ease in a few hours. He can also take the ston out of the Bladder of Women or Maids, without Cutting, per Dilatationem.  
He has, through long Experience, and with great Success found out certain, and almost never-sailing Remedies, for all sorts of Ruptures or broken Bellies in Men, Women, or Children, either at the Navel or the Groin; and tho' of twenty or thirty Years continuance, or more: Or, if they have been Born so, and as great as a Man's Head: Curing them in a very short time, without any hindrance t● their Business; and so secure, that they shall never fear a Relapse. He also directeth all sorts of Trusses, so easy, the like was never seen. Of these Ruptures are found seven sorts; Hernia Intestinalis, Ventosa, Varicosa, Aquosa, Carnosa, Humoralis, Exomphalis: All these this Famous Doctor can help in a short time, either by Manual Operation, or without, as he finds the Patient.  
He Cureth Artificially all Distempers in Men or Women, as Vapours, Giddiness or Swimming of the Head, or any Fainting Fits, Noise of the Head, Deafness, toothache, or painful hollow Teeth; takes all Scorbutick Humours out of the Gums, whitens black, and fastens loose Teeth.  
Also the scurvy, Rheumatism, dropsy, Yellow-Jaundies, could and phlegmatic Stomachs, Windy and tedious Coughs, Spitting of Blood, phthisic, Consumption, Stoppage of the Liver, Hardness of the Spleen, Overflowing of the gull, Melancholy, Madness, Small-Pox, Agues, Fevers, Pleurisies, Wind and colic, Worms in Children or Old People; all Pains or Aches of the Limbs, or any ●art of the Body; Lameness, Shrinking or Contraction of the Nerves or Sinews: Bloody-Flux, Stoppage of the Urine, or such as cannot hold their Water, or Pains in making Water, voiding of Blood, painful Piles or Hemorrhoids in the Fundament, Ulcers in the Womb or Bladder, and many other Distempers which no Physician can give Name to: He hath Cured such, when given over by others as Incurable.  
He also Cures Hare-Lips in 6 Days, Wry-Necks, all sorts of Ulcers, great Wens, Cancers in the Lips, Tongue, or Breast; Rickets in Children, Crooked-Legs, Fistulas either in Arms, Legs, Eyes, &c. in a short time.  
This Doctor has a great Secret for Curing of the King's-Evil, and Falling-sickness, in Men, Women, and Children, if they have been troubled with it ten or twenty Years; so that they shall not be troubled with it again all their Life-time.  
He likewise Cureth Women and Mai●● of many Infirmities: As, the Green-Sickness, Stoppage, or Overflowing of the Courses of Nature. He also helps the Whites, and Weakness of the Lack, and other Distempers of Women. He hath a great Secret to help Conception; likewise a powerful Remedy to prevent Miscarriage, altho' they have Miscarried five or six times successively.  
He Cureth in an Extraordinary and most easy manner, after a new and safe Method, without either Fluxing, or any danger at all, in as short time as can be expected, the Morbus Gallicus, or the French. POX, with all its Symptoms,( as the Gonorrhoea, or Running of the Reins, Shankers, Buboes, or Swellings in the Groin, Pain in the Head, Arms, Shoulders, and Legs; or Ulcers in the Mouth or Throat; Scabs, Itch, and Breaking out over the whole Body:) As very many can testify, who have had it several Years, and have been Flux'd several times, and almost Spoiled by Others, and given over as Incurable; and yet by him have perfectly been Cured.  
But for those who have met with a CLAP, or Running of the Reins, he Promises to Cure them in seven or eight days time; not by Astringents, but by Rooting out the Malignity, and by gentle means, as abundance of both Sexes can Witness, or else desires nothing for his pains: Which is as much as to say, NO CURE, NO MONEY.  
He would have no Person despair, by reason of the long Continuance of their Distemder, nor neglect this Spring,( it being the best time of the Year) but let them bring their Urine,(& especially that made after Midnight) and he will give his judgement, in Resolving them whether their Diseases be Curable or not: If Curable, he will perform them at a Reasonable Rate: If not, he tells them so, that they be not abused by false Pretenders.  

For the Satisfaction of the Curious, shall be inserted only some few Notable CURES( out of many hundreds might be mentioned) which have been wrought by this Famous High-German Doctor lately.  
HE Cured Mr. William Saint-John, Son of Sir Walter Saint-John of Ba●tersea, of a most violent Bloody-Flux and Consumption, after he had been in the hands of the mostable Physicians in and about London near two Years, and given over by them as Incurable, was Cured by him in eight Weeks time: Also several more of that Noble Family have been Cured by him.  
Mr. Simmons, living with Sir William forester at Whitehall, was troubled for a long time with a Hernia Aquosa, or watery rapture, and was in the hands of several eminent Physicians in order to his Cure; but instead thereof, grew worse and worse; yet was Cured by him in a Fortnights time.  
John Barns, living in the Upper Ground, over Bodies-Bridge in Southwark, 48 Years of Age, was Bursten 16 Years; and many which pretended to be great Artists had undertaken him, said at last that he could never be Cured without Cutting, because the rapture was grown as big as a Man's Head; yet he was Cured by him in eight Week time, without Cutting.  
Mr. John Guy in upper Deptford, was very ill for a long time, with an Asthma and phthisic, or shortness of Breath, and a wasting over the whole Body, and in a very dangerous Condition; yet by the blessing of God, he was perfectly Cured in the space of between five and six Weeks.  
He Cured Mr. James hold, living in Cradle Court in Aldersgate-street, of a great and dangerou●… rapture, or Hernia-Intestinalis, was cured in the space of between 8 and 9 Weeks, without Cutting.  
Mr. George Brown, in Shorts-Garden, at St. Giles's, 〈…〉 sergeant in Col. Rivers's Company, was extremely troubled with the Kings-Evil in his Throat, and Cheek, and so Ulcer'd, that you could see thro' hi●… Mouth and Throat; and several Kernels Ulcerated and swelled up, and looked like a Cancer, and al●… his Body was wasted to a mere skeleton, after h●… had been with several other Physicians, without any help, was cured by this Doctor in between four o●… five Weeks, and hath continued ever since in perfect Health.  
Frances Moore, at Madam Priests Boarding-Schoo●… at Chelsea, Aged above 87, was near three Year Blind, was restored to her sight in a minutes time and perfectly Cured in 10 Days.  
He Cured Mr. Thomas web, at the Black-Sw●… in Viller's-street in York-Buildings, of a most viole●… Diarrhoea, or Flux and phthisic, which brought hi●… in a very weak and dangerous Condition, yet w●… Cured by him in a short time. He also cured t●… said Mr. Webb's Wife, after she had had an Ulcer Cancer in her Breast above 15 Years: He dext rously cut off her Cancer'd Breast, and cured he by the blessing of God, within 8 Weeks.  
And many more of all manner of Distempe●… might be inserted, but we have not room.    

This Famous High-German Doctor is now for the public Good, settled in the Strand, at his House at 〈…〉 Angel and Ball, between Temple-Bar and St. Clements-Church; over against the Spectacle and Watch- 〈…〉 ker's Shops, the third Door from St. Clements-Church, on the same side of the way, where the Pictures Patients and Manual Operations are over the Door: And is to be Spoken with from Eight in 〈…〉 Morning, till Twelve, and from Two, till Nine at Night.
