At the blew Ball in Heydon yard in the Little Minories, London, near the Tower, Liveth one Mr. Elmy, Operator, who Prepareth that most Excellent and Successful Arcana, PILULA HOMOGENEA.  
APproved on by Thousands to be the true and infallible Medicine, in Curing those chronic Distempers reigning in this Age, viz. the scurvy, dropsy, Gout, and Agues of all sorts, with many more Maladies incident to Mankind, all which ariseth from an ill Habit of the Body; and so a Disease according to Galen is defined, {αβγδ}, An Affect contrary to Nature; And thus a continued Impulse of unconcocted Humours, causing a deep putrefaction of Melancholy affecteth the parts ordained for Nourishment, so vitrate the Blood, and is the Origen of the scurvy, which is a Disease so well known in England, that few or none but are little or much visited with this troublesome Guess, which occasions divers Phaenomen▪ or Appearances, as sometimes great pains in the Head, dullness, unquiet Sleeps, Vertigoes, Rheums in the Eyes, Pains in the Teeth, wasting of the Gums, sore Mouths, Ulcers in the Throat, stinking Breath, bad Digestion, pains in the arms, Back thighs, Legs and Shin-bones, with eruptions of putrefied Humours, into Scabs, Pustules, Spots, Ulcers, Tetters, &c. All these various symptoms are taken away by the use of my pills, for its principles are so well digested, duly corrected, and highly prepared by Art, that it is capable of Assisting Nature in a Friendly manner, totally to eradicate those peccant humours which are prejudicial to life, and have Cured several of long and languishing Distempers in a short time, who had spent both their time and estates in other Mcdicines, to their deplorable miseries.  
This Miraculous Pill is so excellent against the dropsy, that after twice or thrice taking you will every day receive benefit till the Cure be performed, for they do not only carry off the Humours, whether Flatulent or Aqueous, but likewise strengthen the Liver, keeping it in an equal temper, making good Sanguification, and Assisteth Nature to regulate the Body into a perfect state of Health.  
It hath given Ease to several in the Góut, who had lain a long time in great misery, and had been Tired out with the tedious Potions of others, and never the better; yet have found relief by these pills to their unspeakable benefit, for they evacuate the sharp Humours, and turn the cause from the joints; ☞ And are as certain a Cure for this racking Disease, as any is in the known World; and whoever has been troubled with it, and fear its approaching Relapse, by taking these pills may prevent it for the future.  
These Pills Cureth Agues of all sorts in a short time, by causing a free Circulation of the Blood, and expelling the humours which chiefly aboundeth, as Choler in a Tertian Ague, Phlegm in a Quotidian, and Melancholy natural or preternatural in Quartans.  
They give great Relief in Hypoohondraick Melancholy, for they open Obstructions of the Spleen, evacuate adust Melancholy Humours from the Stomach amend the Distemper of the Bowels, and strengthen the Vital Part●, thereby preventing the Passions of the Mind, as Grief, Anger, Melancholy, Peevishntss, &c.  
They perfectly Cure the Jaundice, a Distemper arising from the evil disposition of the Liver, and Obstructions of the gull, hindering the separation of the choleric humours from the Blood, which Nature striving to cast out, cause the yellowness of the Skin.  
The Green Sickness is a Disease arising from the Obstructions of the Veins about the Womb, Liver, Spleen and Mesentery, causing various symptoms in young Women, the course of Nature being stopped, producing a cachexy or evil habit of the Body, alters the Complexion, sending ill Vapours to the Brain, causeth a Loathing of Meats that are good, occasion swellings in the Belly and Legs, with unwillingness to exercise, attended sometimes with difficulty of Breathing, and universally indispose the Body, so that most Distempers incident to Women may arise from it, by taking some Doses of my pills you may have a perfect Cure in a short time,( with the Blessing of God) as many can testify.  
☞ I have Cured hundreds of Deafness with these Pills, when no other physic, nor Manual Operation could perform it; and certainly they are most excellent for all Distempers in the Head, whether primary or by consent, as inveterate Headaches, frenzies, Giddiness, Convulsions, Apoplexies and Stupefactions; for they wonderfully strengthen the Brain and Memory.  
It is a certain and speedy Remedy which never fails in the wind-colic, oft-times giving ease in two houres beyond expectation, and is an excellent Stomach-pill, causing good digestion, curing defluxions of sharp humours, as Catarrhs and tickling Coughs, Killing worms of all sorts in old or young, giving speedy ease to Sharpness of Urine, the Running of the Reins, curing all Surfeits got by drinking, or otherwise, assisting much toward the Curing of old Ulcers in the Legs, or any swellings whatever, and is very proper to be taken after any Fit of Sickness, to prevent a Relapse; ☞ And is very necessary to be taken to prepare the Body; As likewise after the Drinking of Tunbridge, Epsom, Dullage waters, &c. to carry off those earthly Impurities which may remain in the Body, for they gently purge off all offending humours, sweetening the Blood, and strengthening the Noble parts, enabling them to stand, without decaying old Age.  
These pills are Sealed up in Tin boxes, the price of the half Box containing twelve pills is one shilling six pence, and the whole Box containing four and twenty pills is three shillings with Directions, and are sold by the Author at the blew Ball in Haydon-yard in the Minories, and at Mr. Benjamin Harris's at the Stationers arms in the Piazza under the Royal Exchange in Cornhill, and at no other places.  
☞ This pill is free from Mercury, and if any person hath been damnified by it, this Noble pill carrieth off whatever poisonous quality it hath left in the Body.
