THese are to give Notice unto all Persons, that this most Renowned and approved Dutch Doctor in many Nations, was born in that great and Famous City and University of Leyden in Holland Is now come to this Famous City of London, through the persuasion of many Eminent Persons, that knew in what great Credit he lived in Holland, for the Cure of all Venereal Distempers and relics thereof, hath been informed that thousands of People have been destroyed with these Diseases following. As curing the Running of the Reins, pain in making Water; In a short time, he cureth Carnosite, Ulcers, Cancers, Buboes, or Swelling in the Groin, this Disease hath several Symptoms, for sometimes it will lye with great pains in the Head, Arms, Shoulders, Legs, Sore. Throats, Ulcers in the Mouth or palate, as Scabs, Pustulaes, or Breakings out in the Head, Face or Neck, Nodes or Knots on the Shin-bone, by which many Families are ruined, sometimes it will break their rest after they are warm in their Bed with violent pains. I do Cure it with all its attendants, so private and so secret by Ten or Fifteen Doses without hindering their business, all Venereal Distempers or relics; that a Man shall not perceived it by his Wife, nor the Wife by her Husband, and so perfectly that it shall never break out again, and none of their Relations shall take any notice of their Distempers to the admiration of the Patient: He is a Person of that Quality, that will not promise more than he can perform; he will undertake none unless he can Cure them.  
HE will restore them again to their former health by pleasant safe Cordial Medicines, in which i● no danger, that kills the poison of the Pox in the Blood, without Fluxing or making Sic● this is sufficient for such as love their Health, although they have been Sweated, Fluxed, and Lance● by others, I shall confirm by actions, as I relate here by words.  
I Do also help such as have lost their Seed, and make the Spirit of Married people rejoice, bein● lost by what occasion soever, and cause them to be as Sprightly as ever, this I can testify by ● great many here in this Town.  
I Could mention many more Effects and Operations tha● I have done; but for brevity sake, an● not to trouble the Reader too much, I have omitted them, being you may have my Advice at a●… times for nothing, and be informed of many Cures more, not mentioned here; as I can make appe●… by the Testimonies of several in this Town. As also in Germany, Hamburgh, Bremen, Paris, whe●… I have been Three years a Practitioner at the Kings Hospital, and got there great Experience in th●… practise of the French Pox, and several other Diseases; as a rare secret in Consumptions, Fever● and Fistulaes. I also cure any manner of Gout, let the humour be what it will, I presently give eas●… I can dissolve the Stones either in Bladder, or Gravel in Kidneys. Therefore come unto me fo● your own good, and loose not this Bill, that you may not be attached with the Vulgar here, I nee● not here particularise, there being so many that can testify it, that I have Cured, which were le● by others. Neglect not your own Health, since God hath been pleased to sand a means.  
ANd if and one live not here, they need not upon that account miss my assistance, for I can sen● them such proper Medicines as they may Cure themselves.  
ANd that the Learned and Experienced in the knowledges of physic, and remedies may be satisfied with this present writing, I have thought fit to inform them, with what Medicaments ● make( with Gods assistance) the Cures above-mentioned, that they may judge of their excellency▪ and afterwards persuade the public to make use of them without fear, but with surety and advantag● to their own health. These remedies are first a Mercury, sweet or cleansing, gentle, which the Ancients have called the Celestial Eagle, for to express the virtue thereof, which I make of a Mercur● animated out of Sulphur, of Mars, of Antimony, and of Gold, whereof they take the qualities fo● to produce all I have said of the French Pox and its incidents. The Second, is Panchymagogue, ● vegetable made within all the rules of chemistry. The Third, a cleansing Antimony, drawn ou● of a potent Emetique, by a method rare and unknown. The Fourth, is a special Stomachique, o● an extract Stomachal of a virtue most particular. The Fifth, is Diuritick, which is a Water or liquour upon which the stomach, the Veins Mezaraique or Liver have no power. The Sixth, is th● Balsamum of the Lungs of our Fore-fathers, or Quintessence of Sulphur prepared with an unknow● method. The Seventh, is a Solaris sudorific of a new invention. The Eighth, is an Emetiqu● without violence, which cleanseth without Pain, or gripping, or any bad symptom. All these remedies are prepared by my Artists in London, which will justify the goodness and experience of them▪ The Patient if he pleaseth, may have his physic Galenically of me, as they like best.  
HE Cureth all Persons that are Bursten Bellies or Ruptures, either in Men, Women, or Children▪ only with some outward Application, and all without pain or danger. I shall require nothing for my Counsel, Medicine, or Pains, till they have been cured half a year.  
NO CURE NO MONEY.  
ANd if any one cannot come, let him but sand his true Water or Urine, and he gives his Judgmen● to the best of his skill wherewith God hath endowed him.
