In Great More Fields, A Corner House by Long Alley, liveth a physician, who( through the Assistance of God) is able to perform the Things following.  

First in physic.  
HE Cureth all Diseases( if Curable) in both Men and Women, proceeding from what Cause or Causes, or of what Nature, Kind, and Quality soever, with effectual Remedies and Medicines, of wonderful and excellent Virtues, whose efficacy and power is such, in Rooting out and Curing, even the most desperate and difficult Diseases, that they seldom or never fail. He faithfully resolveth his Patients, either by the sight of them, their Urine, or a clear and candid Relation, what the Disease is, and whether it will end in Life or Death. If Uncurable, he takes them not in hand: If Curable( through the Assistance of God) he faithfully performs it, with as much Care and Industry, for as small Charge, with as great secrecy, and in as short a Time, as can in reason by any be expected.   

Secondly in chemistry.  
HE hath prepared a most Excellent Spirit, which perfectly Cureth the POX, and that in short time, taking away all Aches, Pains, Swellings, Scabs, Ulcers, fistulas, running Sores, or any other breaking out in any Part of the Body, proceeding from what Cause soever: It is a perfect Cure for the Scurvy, dropsy, Gout, and Running of the Reins; It admirably cureth Consumptions and melancholy, although of long standing; It opens all stoppages and Cureth any Disease of Head or stomach, as pain of the Head and Spleen, want of Appetite, and shortness of Breath. It is most Excellent against all Agues and fevers, and a perfect Enemy to Plague and poison. To conclude, it comforts and fortifies the Heart, cheers the Spirits, and preserves the whole Body in health, you may have it with large Directions.   

Thirdly in Astrology.  
HE resolveth all manner of Astrological Questions, belonging or appertaining to the Life of Man, his Body or Estate: All Questions concerning Life long or short, happy or unhappy, rich or poor, Substance how it may be attained, Brethren, Kindred, Neighbours, Friends, whether real or no, Children, Servants, Husbands, Wives, absent in what condition, Dowries, Marriage when, and what manner of Person, rich or poor, journeys, Voyages beyond Sea, whether profitable or no, Offices, Dignities, Preferment, whether attainable or no, by what means, and when, Law-Suits, who shall overcome, Enemies, who they are, and Death, when it may be expected. In a word, all Questions whatsoever, whose Solution depends upon, or is contained within the Perimiter of this sublime Science. He calculateth Nativities, and exqui●itly performeth them by Directions, Profections, Transits, and Revolutions; thereby discovering every material Thing and Accident, what may be expected, and the time when, during the whole course of the Natives Life.  Pulcritudo Coeli est Gloria Astrorum.
