UPON Perusal of the Accounts of the Army, We find it Absolutely Necessary, that the several Original Bonds, Bills or Accounts, Signed by the Officers and Soldiers, for Debts due by them to the country, be forthwith Transmitted to this City; And that the country employ Agents Residing therein, with whom the said Bills may be lodged, to the end that the Officers of the Army, or their Agents, as well as We, may upon any Occasion, or Scruple raised, have Recourse to the same.
