THeir Majesties being Graciously pleased that such of their Irish Subjects as by the Articles of Limerick dated the 3d day of October, 1691 are in a Summary way to be restored by the Government to their Estates of Freehold and Inheritances, to be pardonned for Offences past, and permitted to reverse their Outlawries, should as soon as may be have the Advantage of Their Majesties Grace and Mercy, Have directed Us the Lords-Justices of this Their Kingdom of Ireland in Council to Ascertain what Persons are Comprehended in the said Articles. To the End therefore that We may be enabled so to do, and that all Persons Justly entitled thereunto may speedily receive the Benefit thereof. We do hereby Declare, Publish and Direct, that all such as Claim any Benefit by the said Articles do by the 20th day of February next after the Date hereof, in a several Petition to be left with the Clerk of the Council or his Deputy at the Council-Chamber in Dublin, particularly set forth the Grounds upon which each of them pretend a Right to the said Articles, and the County, Town and Parish where the Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments to which they desire Restitution lie, with the particular Name and Quantity of each Denomination, as also their own present place of abode or Residence together with the place where they Inhabited in the First Year of the Reign of the Late King James.
