WHereas Our Affairs require the constant attendance of the Officers of Our Army at their several Posts, in order to receive Our directions, and to be serviceable to us from time to time, as occasion shall require: Our Will and Pleasure therefore is, And We do hereby strictly Charge and Command all and every the Officers of Our Army in all Cities, Towns and Places within this Our Kingdom of Ireland, where they now are, or hereafter shall be garrisoned or Quartered, or upon their Marches from place to place, as We shall direct, not to be absent from their several and respective Commands without leave from the superior Officer, but shall constantly remain with their Regiments, Troops and Companies, and keep them together for Our Service, upon pain of Our High Displeasure; and as they and every of them will answer the contrary at their peril.
