OUR Will and Pleasure is that you apprehended all such Troopers as have deserted the Troops of Our Right Trusty and Well-beloved the Lord Brittas; and the Troop of Our Right Trusty and Well-beloved the Lord Castleconnel, in any Part whatsoever of this Kingdom, as also that you Seize their Horses and Arms, whether you find the same in their own Possession, or in the Possession of any Body Else, And that you secure the same for Our Service. Hereby Requiring all Persons both Civill and military to be Assisting to you in the Execution thereof, as they shall Answer the Contrary at their peril.  
Given at Our Court at Dublin Castle the twenty fifth day of August 1689. And in the Fifth year of Our Reign. To all Lord Lieutenants, Deputy Lieutenants, Governours, Commanders, and all others His Majesties Officers, both Civil and military, whom it doth or may Concern. By His Majesties Command, RI: NAGLE.
